Alliance Residential Company has expanded its presence in the Atlanta area by acquiring a 10.7-acre site in Peachtree Corners’ Technology Park. The Scottsdale, Arizona-based developer plans to construct Broadstone Innovation, an apartment community at 20 Innovation Drive. Details about the seller and the purchase price have not been disclosed.

The planned development will feature 326 one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a dog park, pet spa, resort-style pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, infrared salt sauna, red-light therapy pods, and access to local walking trails.

Noah Randall, managing director of Alliance Residential’s Southeast division, commented on the project’s location: “The Broadstone Innovation apartments will be constructed as the 500-acre Technology Park in Peachtree Corners ‘evolves into an innovation hub’ while the Atlanta suburb ‘continues to attract forward-thinking, technology-focused employers.’”

Broadstone Innovation is scheduled to open to residents in spring 2027.

This is Alliance’s second multifamily project in Peachtree Corners. Last year, the company opened Broadstone Peachtree Corners, which offers 295 apartments and 26 townhomes along with for-rent office space.

Technology Park currently employs more than 10,000 people across its campus. The influx of workers from nearby suburbs highlights a limited supply of housing within Peachtree Corners itself.

Other developers are also pursuing residential projects within Technology Park. The Providence Group is planning a community of 77 three-story townhomes on a 7.5-acre parcel at 333 Research Court. Additionally, Forestar Group recently purchased land with plans to replace an existing office building with 75 luxury townhomes expected to open next spring.
