Castellucci Hospitality Group and Chef J. Trent Harris, known for the Michelin-starred MUJŌ, have announced plans to open a new restaurant called KOSHU Club in early 2026. The venue will be located at Ninetynine West Paces in Buckhead.

KOSHU Club aims to provide an elegant dining experience influenced by Japan’s Shōwa-era supper clubs. The kitchen will be led by Executive Chef J. Trent Harris and Chef de Cuisine Keith Miller. Their menu will combine washoku and yōshoku traditions with a modern approach, focusing on high-quality seafood and select meats prepared using sumibiyaki—slow grilling over binchōtan charcoal.

The beverage program is set to feature a curated selection of sake, Japanese-inspired cocktails, and an international wine cellar that includes both classic labels and emerging producers.

Smith Hanes Studio has been selected to design the restaurant’s interiors, which are intended to reflect the understated elegance of mid-century Japan.
