Barbara Deal, who dedicated 42 years to the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, has died. She was recognized for her role as a financial leader and for her long-standing commitment to the organization.
Deal retired in 2010 but is remembered by colleagues for her integrity and dedication. The Chamber expressed condolences to her husband Cecil, with whom she shared 67 years of marriage, as well as to her family and loved ones.
“Though she retired in 2010, her legacy of kindness and commitment continues to inspire us. Our deepest sympathies are with her husband of 67 years, Cecil, and her family and loved ones.”
