The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce is highlighting health insurance options available to small businesses through a partnership with the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. According to the Chamber, over 80% of its 2,300 members are classified as small businesses.

Two plans are being promoted. The Georgia Chamber SMART Plan is designed for companies with 2 to 50 employees and offers affordable, comprehensive group health insurance. For larger companies with 51 to 99 employees, the Anthem Chamber PLUS Plan provides expanded plan options and additional benefits.

To be eligible for these plans, businesses must be members of a local metro chamber of commerce such as the Savannah Area Chamber.

The Chamber encourages interested business owners to contact its Membership Department for more information about available coverage options. “Let us help you find the right healthcare solution for your business—and for the people who make it successful,” a statement from the organization reads.
