The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce has revised its Local Legislative Policy Agenda, incorporating feedback from its members. The organization collaborates annually with local elected officials to promote policies aimed at supporting the community and economic development.

According to the Chamber, these partnerships help ensure that business interests are considered in policy decisions affecting regional growth and quality of life. “By fostering strong partnerships with government leaders, the Chamber ensures that the business community’s voice is represented in decisions that impact our region’s growth and quality of life,” a statement from the Chamber said.

The updated agenda is part of the Chamber’s commitment to advocating for measures that benefit both businesses and residents. “The policy agenda reflects the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to advocating for initiatives that move the Savannah area forward and create opportunities for businesses and residents alike,” according to the release.
