This week, Savannah hosted the Student Youth Travel Association (SYTA) Annual Conference at the Savannah Convention Center. The event brought together over 1,100 travel company owners and operators, destination marketing organizations, and travel service providers from around the United States who focus on the student travel market.

The conference highlighted Savannah as a leading location for group travel. During the event, Rodger Moore received recognition for his significant contributions to local student travel projects. This acknowledgment emphasized Savannah’s ongoing efforts to encourage student exploration and participation in educational travel.
