ServisFirst Bank has announced that Debbie Parmer has joined its Panama City branch as a Mortgage Loan Officer. According to the bank, Parmer brings more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending and is knowledgeable in a range of loan products, including VA and Construction-to-Permanent financing. She has worked extensively with military families, teachers, and first responders.

Parmer is active in several local organizations such as the Bay County Chamber of Commerce, Panama City Beach Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Council of Realtors, Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA), Emerald Coast Business Women, and the Central Panhandle Association of Realtors (CPAR). She and her family have lived in Bay County for several years.
